I originally posted this last week on the day of Caroline Flack’s funeral. I didn’t know Caroline personally - but a few of my friends did - and, like everyone, I was deeply saddened and shocked by her tragic death. In memory of Caroline, and because I think that the next few months may have a negative impact on the mental health of many (particularly the elderly, and those that are already feeling anxious and overwhelmed), £1 from sales will be given to support the work of MIND.
Age UK and The Silver Line provide incredibly valuable support for older people. This will be even more critical in the coming months with the fight against the Coronavirus outbreak - which is why I'm donating £1 each from any profits to help their amazing efforts.
